Rafe Bolton, CPA, currently serves as Tax Manager at Griffon Corporation, overseeing tax compliance and provision processes for a publicly-traded, multi-national manufacturing company. Bolton's prior experience includes roles as Sr. Tax Accountant, where responsibilities involved reviewing various tax returns and analyzing fixed assets at Griffon Corporation. Earlier positions include Tax Senior Associate at KPMG US, managing large-scale tax compliance assignments and supporting audit functions, as well as Tax Associate at SS&G, Inc., focused on tax filings and implementing purchase price allocations. Rafe began a career in tax consulting as a Tax Consultant I at Deloitte Tax LLP. Rafe Bolton holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, with studies completed in 2009-2010 and an earlier Master’s in Science of Accounting from the same institution, earned from 1999 to 2003.
