Michelle L. Taylor serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain at NiSource, a position held since August 2024, overseeing enterprise supply chain leadership. Concurrently, Michelle is a Board Member and Audit Committee Member at Griffon Corporation, contributing to a Fortune 1000 conglomerate's governance. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Trane Technologies, where Michelle directed New Product Quality for the Commercial HVAC sector, and Cummins Inc., where extensive responsibilities included leading Global Supplier Quality and various strategic positions. Prior roles also encompass founding IC Leadership Training Group, serving as President and CEO of Milor Supply, and advancing through supply chain management duties at Delco Remy International and Ford Motor Company. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, and additional education from INSEAD.
