Rosemary Peter is an accomplished professional in the food science and alternative protein sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Alternative Proteins at Griffith Foods since June 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Product Development Manager at NotCo and Product Commercialization Manager at Beyond Meat. Rosemary has a strong foundation in alternative proteins, demonstrated during management and scientific positions at Tyson Foods and Glanbia Performance Nutrition. Early career roles include research and teaching positions at the University of Saskatchewan and an assistant position at The Saskatchewan Food Industry Development Centre Inc.
