Peter Kong currently serves as Senior Technical Manager at Griffith Laboratories, a position held since August 2009. Previously, Peter has held various roles including Manager of Product Development and Principal Food Scientist within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Food Scientist at Quantum Foods and multiple roles including Senior Food Scientist, Food Scientist, and Associate Food Scientist at Newly Weds Foods. Peter's career began as a Quality Assurance Technologist at Vicorp Restaurants, Inc. Peter holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and Food Industry, respectively, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
