Randy Franklin, CSP has a diverse work experience in the field of risk management and safety. Randy is currently serving as the Director of Risk Management and Safety at Griffith Company, where they have been since August 2018. Prior to this role, they were the Corporate Safety Director at the same company from August 2018 to March 2023. Randy Franklin, CSP, has a diverse education history that spans several years. Randy began their educational journey at Prescott High School, where they completed their General & College Prep studies and obtained their Diploma from 1979 to 1983. Following high school, Randy enrolled in Glendale Community College and pursued Fire Science from 1985 to 1987. During this time, they achieved the certification of Certified Firefighter II, State of Arizona. Randy furthered their education by attending Phoenix Community College from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a degree in Fire Science. Randy'scoursework at Phoenix Community College covered Emergency Medical Technician, Fire Science, and General subjects.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Randy Franklin also holds the certification of Certified Safety Professional (CSP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), which they obtained in July 2010.
