Carissa (Krug) Elder is an accomplished professional in training, development, and education, serving as the Training and Development Manager at Griffis Residential since June 2021, following roles as a specialist and coordinator in the same department. Carissa founded Automate to Abundance LLC, offering unique insights into personal and organizational growth from May 2020 to August 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Purchasing and Receiving Agent and Community Center Coordinator at the University of Colorado Boulder, where collaboration on student staff training programs for approximately 150 students was a key responsibility. Carissa began a career in education as a fourth-grade teacher at Myrtle Hall IV Elementary School, effectively advancing students' reading levels, and also worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, fostering the well-being of first-year college students.
