Brock Hokenson, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Brock started their career as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where they led a cross-functional team and successfully completed a major project ahead of schedule. After their military service, they worked as a Finance and Accounting Manager at Prevail Health Solutions, a healthcare technology start-up. In this role, they played a key role in strategic decision-making and fundraising efforts. Brock then joined SurePayroll as a Senior Financial Analyst before transitioning to KPMG US. At KPMG, Brock held multiple roles, including Senior Associate, Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, and Manager in Accounting Advisory Services. Brock was involved in financial analysis and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and restatements. Brock also led a team in developing revenue calculation models for SaaS companies. Following their time at KPMG, they joined R1 RCM as Director of Revenue Accounting, where they managed a team responsible for revenue accounting, invoicing, and cash application. Brock successfully led an ERP conversion and implemented a new billing system. Most recently, Brock has been working at GridHawk LLC and LineQuest, LLC as Director and Vice President of Finance. In these roles, they oversee financial operations and contributes to strategic financial decision-making.

Brock Hokenson, CPA has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Management. Brock also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University. In addition, they have obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois in September 2015.
