Russell Nelms is a seasoned legal and financial professional with extensive experience in various key roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Plan Trustee at Griddy Energy and Mediator at Nelms and Associates since 2018, Russell has also held prominent positions such as Litigation Trustee for Think Finance Litigation Trust and Chairman of the Advisory Board at Brazos Electric Cooperative. Russell's previous roles include Independent Director at Highland Capital Management, Spherature Investments, and DIAMONDBACK INDUSTRIES, INC., as well as serving as Bankruptcy Judge for US Courts for 14 years.
