Ravichandra B's work experience includes a role as a System Software Engineer at Salesforce starting from February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Cloud Engineer at griddable.io from March 2018 onwards. Before joining griddable.io, Ravichandra was a Cloud Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they worked on OpenStack-based private cloud solutions, including HPE Helion OpenStack and HPE Helion CloudSystem. Their responsibilities included integrating hypervisors to these systems using technologies such as Python, Hyper-V, Openstack, Type-I and II Hypervisors, KVM, Ansible, and Vsphere. Their tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise lasted from June 2015 to January 2017.

Ravichandra B completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sir C R Reddy College of Engineering in the years 2009 to 2013. Ravichandra then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2015.
