Raghav Maheshwari is a Power Electronics Engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of high-power converters and related systems. Currently employed at GridBlock, Raghav focuses on next-generation multi-port power converters for solar PV, backup batteries, and EV fast charging. Previous roles include developing power-stage controls and firmware for high-capacity converters at BREK Electronics and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, where assistance was provided in various power electronics labs. An internship at Cummins Inc. involved multilevel DC-DC converter design, while a senior software engineer position at Bosch Engineering covered electrical functional safety and vehicle control systems. Raghav initiated a career as an Electrical Systems Engineer with Hyperloop India and led the team for Project Garuda, committed to designing high-efficiency vehicles. Raghav holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
