Kacper Urbanowski is a Co-Founder at Wayde since March 2024 and currently serves as a Junior Customer Success Specialist and Sales Intern at Gridaly, beginning in June 2023. Previously, Kacper held the position of Project Manager at Acorn from May 2022 to January 2024, leading a team to create an ambassador program for the NeuroN Foundation. Kacper also worked as the Leader of Innovation in the project department at the Kancelaria Prezesa Rady Ministrów from October 2022 to January 2023, contributing to various GovTech projects, including educational initiatives and industry conferences. Additional experiences include serving as a brand ambassador for Grupa Absolvent, Wyciskarka Potencjału, and Econverse.org from April to November 2022, promoting youth access to training and entrepreneurship knowledge. Kacper is pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Management at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, expected to graduate in June 2028, and is currently an upper secondary school student at III Liceum im. Jana Pawła II in Wołomin.
