As Chief Executive Officer of Southland Steel Fabricators, Inc. since June 1996, Lombardo oversees a family-owned business specializing in steel fabrication. Additionally, as Chief Executive Officer of Grid Structures since November 2018, Lombardo is dedicated to providing advanced solutions for steel poles in the Electric Utility and Wireless Telecom Industries. Lombardo also leads Southland Industrial Coatings, a role undertaken in June 2018, which operates a fully automated facility for hot dip galvanizing, fireproofing, and industrial painting with a significant annual capacity.
