Dale Sexton has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Dale is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Southland Steel Fabricators, Inc., Southland Industrial Coatings, and Grid Structures. Prior to this, Dale co-founded Business Blockchain HQ in 2018. Dale also held the position of VP of Finance at PosiGen from 2021 to 2023 and Director of Finance from 2016 to 2021. Dale's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Kinder Morgan and an M&A Analyst at Lumen Technologies. Dale began their career as a Treasury Intern at First Guaranty Bank. Dale holds a graduate assistant position at Louisiana State University and has also interned at Scottrade.

Dale Sexton completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Louisiana State University from 2005 to 2009. Dale later pursued a Flores MBA with a specialization in Finance at the same university from 2010 to 2011.
