Tanja Skoberna is a seasoned professional in talent development and training with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Talent Development Manager at Grid Dynamics since July 2022, Tanja is responsible for creating learning strategies, consulting executives on employee development, and delivering comprehensive training programs. Prior experience includes the role of Training and Quality Manager at Hyperoptic Ltd., where Tanja established training standards for customer service. Tanja has also contributed as a Soft Skills Specialist at Nobel Coaching & Tutoring and held several positions at NCR Corporation, including eLearning Developer and Learning Instructor, focusing on IT and soft skills training. Tanja’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Serbian Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade.
