Raluca Stamatopol is a professional with extensive experience in HR analytics and technology, currently serving as the Global People Technology & HR Analytics Manager at PayU since March 2020. In this role, Raluca collects, analyzes, and utilizes HR data to drive business outcomes, improve HR processes, and implement data-driven initiatives while managing a team of HR data analysts. Previous positions include Global Data Analytics Lead and HR Data Analyst at PayU, Senior Human Resources Adviser at Temenos, and various HR roles in leading companies such as ADP Romania, UPS Romania, and Solmar Trading Grup. Raluca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Informatics from the Academy of Economic Studies and has significantly improved data integrity within HR systems.
