Alexey Sokolov has a strong work experience in the financial and technological industries. Alexey started their career as a Research Analyst at Intesa Sanpaolo in 2008 and later worked as a Fixed Income Specialist at Troika Dialog in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, Alexey excelled in fixed income sales at Uralsib Bank, where they successfully brought bond placements for top Russian issuers. In 2016, they joined ITI Capital as the Head of Fixed Income and set up a successful fixed income department. In 2019, Alexey became the Executive Director of Grid Capital Guernsey, an international brokerage company. And currently, in 2022, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Grid Capital Inc., a fully operational software development company that competes with existing players in the market.

From 2004 to 2009, Alexey Sokolov attended the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Finance.
