Kelsey began her career at GRID in 2015 as a Project Manager in Nicaragua, coordinating and participating in off-grid installations in rural communities with local and international volunteers. She also helped lead local workforce development efforts and eventually helped launch GRIDā€™s Installation Basic Training 200 program for women in Nicaragua. She is passionate about helping women launch their solar careers and creating a more diverse and inclusive solar workforce. Kelsey graduated with a BA degree in Social Work from Goshen College with a minor in Spanish.
