Dale Dickenson serves as the Director of HR & Business Administration at GRI since March 2023, with a strong background in human resources leadership across multiple organizations. Previously, Dickenson held similar roles at SLR Consulting, overseeing HR and business administration for 41 locations nationally, and at Wilbur-Ellis as the first Senior HR Leader for the Feed Division. Dickenson also served as Corporate Director HR at The Greenbrier Companies and Regional HR Manager at TruGreen, leading HR initiatives for significant employee bases across diverse regions. Educational qualifications include a BS in Political Science and a BA in Communication from Southern Oregon University, along with multiple HR-related certifications from reputable institutions. Dickenson's extensive experience in leadership, employee relations, and team development is complemented by military service in the United States Marine Corps.
