Kayleigh Cooper is an experienced community manager currently at Greystar since November 2023. Previously, Kayleigh worked at Cardinal Group Management from March 2021 to November 2023, progressing from assistant community manager to leasing and marketing team lead, where responsibilities included managing a leasing team, planning events, and addressing resident complaints. Kayleigh started in the real estate industry as a leasing consultant, excelling in leasing efforts for a high-rise luxury apartment community. Prior experience includes roles as a shift supervisor at Choolaah Indian BBQ and a marketing intern at The Agency, where Kayleigh developed marketing content and analyzed social media metrics. Kayleigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 2018 and 2020.
