Paul Kirincich

Paul Kirincich began their work experience as the Vice President and Director of FP&A at Netflix in 2002. Paul played a significant role in strategic decision support, metrics and reporting, forecasting, and investor guidance for the first six years of the company's existence as a public company.

After leaving Netflix in 2008, Kirincich joined Extend Health, Inc., where they served as the Senior Vice President and CFO. Paul contributed to the growth and profitability of the company, overseeing a 3x+ expansion and building the finance, HR, and real estate teams.

In 2010, Kirincich became the Chief Financial Officer of Reputation.com, a fast-growing company specializing in internet privacy and reputation management. Paul successfully closed private financing and led the development of the finance, real estate, and HR teams.

From 2013 to 2016, Kirincich served as the Chief Financial Officer for One Medical Group, a venture-backed start-up revolutionizing primary healthcare delivery. Paul played a crucial role in closing three private financings and establishing a public company caliber organization.

Kirincich then joined Khosla Ventures as an Operating Partner from October 2017 to July 2019. During this time, they provided strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies.

In 2016, Kirincich worked as a Consultant at CFO Advisory Services, specializing in providing financial guidance.

In 2020, Kirincich became a General Partner at APA Venture Partners, a position they held while also acting as the Co-Founder and CFO of Greyscale AI. Greyscale AI focuses on developing advanced technology for non-contact inspection of package seals, using imaging solutions and AI/ML software to verify seal integrity and detect defects.

Paul Kirincich attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 1979 to 1982, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and Economics at Wesleyan University, from 1982 to 1986. Finally, they enrolled at The Wharton School between 1990 and 1992, earning a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
