Brynne Kennedy's work experience began in 2010, when they founded and served as CEO and Board Director of Topia, a global employment platform for remote work. Under their leadership, Topia experienced significant growth and raised over $100M in funding.
In 2019, Kennedy ran as a Candidate for US Congress. Brynne then joined TaskHuman as a Board Director, where they helped organize and connect individuals through video calls to share expertise across various fields.
Starting in 2021, Kennedy became an Investor and Board Director for multiple companies. Brynne led investment rounds for Aquaprawnics, a next-generation agriculture tech company, and BCP Ventures, an investment firm focusing on transformational technologies. Kennedy also invested in Caban Systems, Greyscale AI, Elite Measurement, Pratexo, and Ryp Labs, supporting their endeavors in renewable energy, AI, sustainable packaging, and reducing global food waste.
Kennedy's current role is as Managing Partner and Co-Founder at BCP Ventures, where they continue to invest in innovative companies that address issues in food systems, sustainable energy, and smart infrastructure.
Brynne Kennedy completed their undergraduate education at Yale University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at London Business School from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
