Manish Patel is an accomplished professional in customer success management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success Management at GreyOrange since March 2022, Manish has previously held leadership roles such as Head of Customer Success at Fylamynt, and VP of Customer Success at CleverTap. Manish's career also includes consultancy positions at Kwanzoo Inc and Harte-Hanks, alongside significant roles in data services and application support at CatapultWorks, VMware, and Intuit Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, complemented by high school education from Campion School.
