Ankit K. is an experienced professional with a strong background in product knowledge enablement and technical content development. Currently serving as Manager of Product Knowledge Enablement at GreyOrange since April 2020, Ankit leads the creation of training programs that have significantly enhanced team product knowledge scores. Previous roles include Assistant Manager positions at GreyOrange, Technical Content Writer and Manager at OculusIT, and Information Developer at Ennovations Techserv Pvt Ltd. Ankit has a solid foundation in technical writing and analysis, having developed documentation for various software products and clients. Ankit began their career as a Design Engineer at AXISCADES and has held positions at Aerotech Technical Publication Services, IBM, and Air India. Ankit holds an Executive Management Programme in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University and an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering degree from the School of Aviation Science and Technology.
