Katy Amaya is a talented recruiting professional with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Prior to this, Katy worked at Facebook as a Technical Recruiter and Recruiting Manager, where the focus was on building and managing specialized recruiting teams within software engineering and connectivity efforts. Katy's career began at FIS as a Senior Technical Recruiter, successfully closing over 400 candidates, and earlier at Kelly | IT Resources, where notable achievements included ranking first in the nation within the company's IT division during a challenging economic period.
