Zarafshan Zameer is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as a Professional Development Facilitator and Trainer at the University of Central Punjab since October 2022, where over 500 students have received guidance in approaching the professional market. With additional roles as a Career Coach and Training and Development Specialist at Grey Matter Global, Zarafshan has a strong focus on innovative training methods and personalized career counseling. Prior experiences include positions in program management at Amal Academy, administrative duties at Empower World, and marketing coordination at ZINE Collective. Zarafshan holds a Master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Lahore College for Women University.
