Kristopher Schroeder is the current CEO at Grey Market Labs. Prior to this, they served as Principal and Officer in Charge (OIC) at Booz Allen Hamilton from July 2000 to August 2017. In this role, they led the Digital Services team, which was responsible for the strategy, capture, management and growth of the IT business within the Defense and Military Intelligence markets. This included the development of new firm service offerings and directing R&D budgets for the Technology team exporting services across the entire Booz Allen portfolio. Kristopher also led a team of over 200 technologists in the delivery of multiple efforts, including Enterprise Platforms, Cyber Operations, Advanced Analytics Support, and OSINT Exploitation activities.
Some notable projects Schroeder has worked on include leading the capture, proposal and execution of a $140m agency-wide implementation of advanced Platform as a Service (PaaS), which integrated 4 major legacy programs and decommissioned previous capabilities. Kristopher also provided strategic consulting and support for the planning and execution of the world's largest Coalition communication exercise, which incorporated 36 countries. In addition, they oversaw the requirements, development, delivery and testing of the system of record for US National Open Source Requirements, which included cross-domain solutions, advanced web interfaces, complex data models and integration/synchronization with existing systems. For their work on this project, they received a Meritorious Unit Citation.
Kristopher Schroeder has a MS in Information and Telecommunications Systems from The Johns Hopkins University, a BS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, and is certified as a Technical Project Manager from Booz Allen Hamilton and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from both the Project Management Institute and the Mentor Collective.
