Victor Fonseca is an Associate at GRESB, where Victor leads research on embodied carbon and develops investor-facing tools for data analysis. Victor is a content expert on EU Regulations and supports the strategic roadmap of GRESB Real Estate Standards. With additional skills in carbon accounting and EU Regs, Victor also served as an ESG Analyst in Real Estate. Prior to this, Victor gained experience in geotechnical engineering at Furnas and finance at Eletrobras. Victor holds a Master's degree in Architectural Science and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
