Andris Vanags currently serves as the Gren country manager in Latvia, focusing on sustainable energy solutions and district heating since July 2021. In addition, Vanags is a board member of the Latvian Wind Energy Association, contributing to the promotion of wind energy as an economical energy generation source since January 2020. Previously, Vanags held positions as head of HC Latvia and CHP manager at Fortum since February 2014. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration from Komercizglītības Centrs SIA and training in practical digital transformation, along with a background in engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte.
