Harald Gruellenberger has extensive work experience in the bio-one industry, primarily with Greiner Bio-One. Harald started their career in 2001 with Greiner Bio-One as a Technical Trainings specialist and worked in that role until 2004. Harald then became the Production Manager at Greiner Bio-One BR from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Greiner Bio-One North America, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations, and later became the Executive Vice President of Operations and a Board Officer from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Greiner Bio-One Austria as the COO, a role they held until 2020. Currently, Harald Gruellenberger is the Chief Operating Officer at Greiner Bio-One International.

Harald Gruellenberger's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, which they received from 1998 to 2001. Harald also holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Campinas, Brazil, which they completed in 2009. In addition, they obtained their Abitur (High School Certificate) in Business Engineering from HTL-Steyr Abendschule from 1995 to 1998.
