Julie Gerosa has extensive work experience at Greif, Inc. Julie began their career with the company in 2001 as a Manager Benefits and held this position until 2005. Julie then worked as a Benefits Consultant at Greif Inc. from 2005 to 2015. In 2015, they returned to Greif and took on the role of Manager Benefits once again, but this time also assuming additional responsibilities as Director Labor Relations from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Julie served as the Director of NA Benefits Operations, overseeing the company's benefits operations in North America. Currently, Julie holds the title of Director of NA Benefits & Shared Services at Greif.

Julie Gerosa has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Miami University.
