Fabien Szymalka currently serves as a Co-fondateur at BreakFeast since October 2023. Prior experience includes a longstanding role as Senior HR Business Partner and previously DRH at Greif, Inc. since September 2004, where responsibilities encompassed multi-site management with varying collective agreements, oversight of the entire HR process including recruitment, training, payroll, and collective relations, as well as overseeing negotiations with trade unions and handling corporate restructuring. Academic qualifications include a DESS and CAAE from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, a DESS in Labor Law and Human Resources from Université Paris 13, a DEA in Legal Theory and Judicial Sciences from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, and a Maîtrise in Private Law from the same institution. Prior teaching experience includes a role as an educator in DESS Human Resources at Université Paris 13 from 2001 to 2005.
