Joe Payne has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. In 2013, they started their career as a Grounds Crew member at Ozark Leisure Services, working on multiple sports fields. Joe continued this role until 2018, also working part-time at Troy Parks and Recreation as a Grounds Crew member.

In 2018, Joe joined J.Crew as a Selection/Outbound employee for a brief period before transitioning to a Selection 2nd shift role. Joe then made a career shift and joined 84 Lumber as a Manager Trainee in 2019, eventually becoming a Co Manager and winning the Rookie of the Year award.

From 2019 to 2020, Joe worked as an Outside Sales Representative at 84 Lumber, specializing in estimating and selling building material packages for residential construction projects. In 2020, they joined IKO North America as a Territory Sales Representative, where they focused on growing sales for roofing products in Georgia until 2021.

Afterward, Joe worked at Warner Robins Building Supply Company as an Outside Sales Representative, selling building products and serving various customer bases. In 2022, they started their own landscaping company, 41 Mowing Company, specializing in small lawns and debris removal as a side hustle.

In 2023, Joe began a Business Owner role at Payne Project Consulting, providing consulting services to companies and helping them enhance their workflows and efficiency. Joe also joined Greenzie as a Business Development Representative, contributing to the sale of autonomous hardware and software for mowers in the Green Industry.
