João Gabriel Klemz is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Operational Planning & Performance Manager at MICHELIN Connected Fleet since August 2024, where responsibilities include driving a data-driven strategy within Operations and leading key improvement initiatives. Previously, João was the Operational Excellence Manager at GreenYellow do Brasil for five years, overseeing strategic planning, managing KPIs, and leading ESG initiatives. Other roles include Lean Manager at GreenYellow, where João focused on continuous improvement and process structuring, and various positions at EDP Brasil, Whirlpool, and Accenture, emphasizing operational excellence and process transformation. João holds a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo.
