Nicole Staple is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and market partnerships within the electrification sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Market Partnerships at Rewiring America, Nicole focuses on accelerating the adoption of electric machines in US households. Prior roles include Senior Growth Advisor at Rewiring America, where Nicole launched a private sector coalition and implemented an equity-centered hiring process. As an Advisor for Greenwork, Nicole contributes to making the construction industry net-zero carbon emissions through detailed contractor data. Previous experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO of Brideside, and various investment roles at SVB Capital, UBS Investment Bank, and Goldman Sachs.
