Jennifer Lafrance is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and technology within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Greenwood Credit Union since April 2021, Jennifer has held significant positions at First Citizens' Federal Credit Union, including SVP Retail, Operations & Technology and SVP Retail Operations & Payments. Jennifer also contributed to Centreville Bank as S.V.P. Director of Consumer Banking and spent a decade at BankFive as First Vice President of Operations & Business Development Support. Prior experience includes a managerial role at CompassBank and a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Roger Williams University.
