Julia Perham currently serves as the Author Programming Librarian at Greenwich Library, beginning in February 2024. Prior to this role, Julia worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Simon & Schuster, where achievements included generating high-performing B2B newsletters and overseeing webinars. Julia's experience also encompasses roles as a Senior Librarian for Programming & Outreach at The New York Public Library, where strategic partnerships enhanced community engagement, and as a Transcriptionist and Proofreader at AMERICOURT, INC., focusing on legal accuracy. Additional experience includes positions at Barnes & Noble, ELLE Magazine, and Trew Productions. Julia holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Long Island University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Marketing and Creative Writing from Stony Brook University, and an AAS in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
