Jeffery Puong Kok is a seasoned Quality Assurance Architect at Greenwave Systems Inc since September 2013, with prior experience in various leadership roles within telecommunications. At Ooredoo Oman, from May 2010 to August 2013, Jeffery held the position of Section Head for Service Assurance & Testing, where responsibilities included end-to-end network testing, drive test team leadership, and provision of design support for new services. Earlier, Jeffery served as Technology Development Manager at Packet One Networks from May 2007 to May 2010, R&D Manager at Packet One International, and held roles in R&D and engineering at Felio Research & Development and Cronos Research Sdn Bhd. Jeffery holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
