Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition, management, and organic products. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Owner/Manager at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and University Lecturer at a training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where Mariana taught Applied Mathematics in Nutrition and History of Food. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
