Petr Píchal currently serves as the Head of Games Operations & Delivery at Greentube GmbH since March 2023, previously occupying the role of Senior Technical Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a position as QA Lead at Slido from September 2021 to February 2023 and a long tenure at AT&T from December 2009 to May 2021, where roles included Operation Manager for a Tier 2 technical specialist team, Team Leader for software integration, and Sub-team Lead for network security and compliance for clients in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Earlier experience includes a software developer role at DELINFO spol. s.r.o. and a telephone operator position at Telefónica Europe. Petr Píchal holds an Engineer’s Degree in Information Technologies from Tomas Bata University in Zlín and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics from Masaryk University Brno.
