Fredrik Teir is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in financial services and business development. As the founder of Renance, an automated financial services company since May 2015, Fredrik has streamlined expense claims and rewards. Fredrik has also played a crucial role as a partner in business development at Greenstep Oy since January 2010, contributing to the company's growth from a three-person team to over 500 employees. Prior to these roles, Fredrik served as the vice-chairman of the Hanken Entrepreneurship Society and held positions in student governance and early entrepreneurial ventures. Educationally, Fredrik holds a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship and IT from Hanken School of Economics, alongside prior studies at SUNY Westchester Community College and Pleasantville High School.
