Tom is Director at Greenspring Associates’ European office in London, where he is responsible for sourcing and due diligence efforts on fund, direct and secondary opportunities. Tom previously served as a Partner and Head of Alternative Investments at VCP Advisors. In this role he established VCP’s presence in North America and led their private placement business, raising capital on a global basis for alternative investment funds and companies across venture, growth and buyout. Whilst at VCP, Tom also co-founded BITE Alternative Investments, a financial technology business owned by the VCP Advisors Group. Prior to VCP, Tom held positions at Four Elements Capital, a boutique corporate finance firm focused on the sustainability and impact investment sectors. Tom graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Science in Geography, and holds a Masters in Leadership for Sustainable Development from Middlesex University.
