Martin Wood is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and management. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Reporting at Greensill Capital since December 2019, Martin ensures compliance and accuracy in monthly reporting while driving automation and key controls in a dynamic fintech environment. Previous roles include Central Financial Reporting Manager at Lloyds Bank, Finance Reporting and Planning Manager at MBNA, and Financial Controller at both MWH Global and Carillion, demonstrating a robust background in managing complex financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. Martin holds an ACCA qualification from BPP Manchester and is an AAT finalist from Wigan College.
