Stephen Ferguson has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Lecturer in Engineering at Southern Regional College since November 2017, specializing in Fabrication and Welding. Prior roles include Engineering Consultant for Time4Engineering Ltd. where contributions were made to process improvement for Caterpillar (NI) and compliance projects for a County Armagh company. Ferguson has also worked as an Operations Manager, Project Engineer, and Methods Engineer across various companies including Airbus Group Innovations, Bombardier Aerospace, and F.G. Wilson (Engineering) Ltd., focusing on project management, compliance with legislation, lean manufacturing, and product design. Educational qualifications include a B.Eng (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of the West of England.
