Lynn MacDonald has extensive work experience in the field of project management and leadership. Lynn is currently working as the Vice President of Enterprise Transformation at GreenShield. Prior to this, Lynn held the position of Enterprise PMO Lead at TELUS Santé | TELUS Health, where they were responsible for executing the strategic portfolio and managing a team of Directors. Lynn also worked as the Vice President of Integrated Health Solutions at LifeWorks, where they played a key role in developing and executing the strategic plan. Before joining LifeWorks, they were a Director of Project Management at Morneau Shepell, overseeing high-profile program implementations and capital projects. Lynn also worked as a Corporate Project Manager at Morneau Shepell, collaborating with Senior Health Consultants to identify strategic initiatives and successfully implementing them. Earlier in their career, they managed the operations of the WorkLife Solutions department at Shepell.fgi. Lynn has a strong track record of driving profitability and leading transformation initiatives.

Lynn MacDonald completed a four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from McMaster University from 1995 to 1999. In 2007, they obtained a Prince2 Practitioner certification in Project Management from the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom. Lynn also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, although the specific year of attainment is unknown. Additionally, they have pursued further project management education at the University of Toronto.
