Craig Russett (He/Him) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Craig is currently the Director of Client Services at GreenShield, a position they have held since August 2018. Prior to this, they served as the National Manager of Client Services at HBM+ from June 2016 to August 2018. From November 2013 to June 2016, Craig was the Manager of Client Support Services at Strategic Partner Solutions, where they were responsible for providing support to third-party processing partners. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager at Strategic Partner Solutions from November 2011 to November 2013. Craig has also held various roles at GreenShield, including Client Service Representative from March 2000 to November 2011, and Provider Records Administrator from April 1997 to March 2000. In addition to their work at GreenShield, Craig has also served as the Assistant General Manager at Amherstburg Admirals Hockey Club since April 2019.

Craig Russett (He/Him) earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Windsor, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Improving Your Listening Skills from LinkedIn in 2020.
