Regina Yopak

Product Manager of Science and Research Technologies at Greensea

Regina Yopak's work experience begins in 2006 as a Teaching Assistant and Study Group Leader at Simmons College. Regina then worked as a Technical Instructor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010. Regina also worked as a Research Assistant and Scientific SCUBA Diver at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution from 2010 to 2013.

From 2012 to 2017, they were a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Rhode Island, where they also took on the role of Graduate Teaching, instructing undergraduate classes. In 2014, Regina joined the Ocean Exploration Trust as the Lead Navigator and Seafloor Mapping Specialist, responsible for planning and executing the ship's path for ROVs Hercules and Argus.

Regina briefly worked as a Data Engineer at the Inner Space Center at the University of Rhode Island in 2017. In 2016 and 2017, Regina was a Trip Leader for Putney Student Travel - National Geographic Student Expeditions, organizing STEM-focused summer programs.

From 2018 to 2023, they joined Greensea Systems, Inc. where they held several positions, including Program Manager, Applications Engineer, and FAST Team Lead Engineer. Currently, Regina is working at Greensea Systems, Inc. as the Product Manager of Science and Research Technologies.

Regina Yopak pursued their education in a systematic manner, beginning with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Environmental Science from Simmons University. Regina attended Simmons University from 2003 to 2008, where they acquired a solid foundation in these fields.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Regina Yopak decided to pursue a Master of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. From 2012 to 2017, they dedicated their time and efforts to this course, specializing in the fascinating field of Ocean Engineering.
