Naomi Harrison is a Robotics Engineer at Greensea Systems, Inc. since September 2020, where responsibilities include developing and integrating software for navigation, perception, and control of underwater robotic systems. Notable achievements include serving as Tech Lead for a customer project implementing gain scheduling for PID control profiles and establishing navigation software that incorporates sensor data. Previously, as a Junior Robotics Engineer, Naomi developed a multi-threaded video streaming application and led system-wide integration testing. Naomi's earlier experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Human-Interest Robotics Lab at WPI and interning at General Dynamics Electric Boat, where simulation and programming of robotic arms were key tasks. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Science in Robotics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and graduated with a specialized STEM curriculum from LakeView Technology Academy.
