Tica Green currently serves as the Director of the Academic Success Program at Greensboro College, a role held since August 2013, focusing on supporting first-year students through various initiatives. Prior to this position, Tica worked as the Office Manager for School Nutrition Services in Guilford County Schools from February 2006 to July 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and liaising with various stakeholders. Tica's earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Greensboro College from December 1999 to August 2005, where the recruitment and evaluation of prospective students were essential tasks. Tica began the professional journey as an Events Coordinator/Residential Life Coordinator at Guilford College from 1998 to 1999. Academically, Tica holds a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Religion/Philosophy from Greensboro College.
