Karin Björkén is a seasoned consultant and coach specializing in organizational improvement, leadership development, and agile transformation, with a focus on large-scale agile organizations. As the founder of Mind The Org since August 2019, Karin has also served as a founding investor and board member at Greens Ventures, a board member at Impact Hub Stockholm, and a venture partner/advisor at Antler, coaching early-stage startup founders. Karin's extensive experience includes interim leadership roles at Volvo Car Mobility and significant positions at Spotify, including Senior Manager and Head of People Operations, where contributions included enhancing organizational culture and processes. Additionally, Karin has a strong educational background, including a Master of Science in Media Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and coaching diplomas from Leapfrog AB.
