Isak B. is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Engineering Manager at Spotify since November 2019, overseeing a distributed team of engineers across Stockholm and London while also managing recruitment for the team. Previously, Isak held positions at Spotify as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, contributing to significant projects such as the development of core media playback features and the launch of the PlayStation Spotify app. In addition to Isak's role at Spotify, Isak is a Founding Investor at Greens Ventures and co-founded Jolle.ai, where responsibilities included leading a remote engineering team and developing an MVP for an AI-driven platform. Prior experience includes software development at companies such as Campanja, Klarna AB, Ericsson Software, and BitSim AB, with a strong background in optimizing processes and product development. Isak holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics from Stockholm University.
